What format are the photos in? All SportPhotography.ca photos are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted. Some of the photos you are looking for may not be in the menu as they are private and require a password. Speak to the organizer of the event for a password to the protected galleries.
Do you offer refunds? Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to your gallery, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. All photos are sold on an ‘AS IS’ basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the SportPhotography.ca photos that I download? Yes. While SportPhotography.ca offers great freedoms and a wide range of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. Most of our photos are from specific events intended for the people involved and are not intended for commercial use.
Why are most of your event photo galleries password protected? SportPhotography.ca believes in privacy and the protection of event participants that are under age. When we are invited to an event, we provide to the organizer a password that he or she can pass on to whoever they want to invite to their gallery. We specialize in photographing sports involving people of all ages. We are making every effort to respect the privacy of the people in the photographs. If you need access to your events gallery, contact the person in charge of that event for a password.
Is account sharing allowed? No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues. We monitor IP addresses and if we find one user name and password from several IP addresses, we will ban that user for a violation of the Terms of Use.
Who owns the copyright of the photos? SportPhotography.ca is the sole owner of all material on the site including all photos on and off the site. When you purchase a photo, you are given the right to use it for personal private use and not for any commercial rebranding or distribution. Please see our Terms of Services for more details.
How do I book your service? The nature of the business is mostly evenings and weekends. SportPhotography.ca is booked on a first come first serve bases so please book your event far in advance so we can add you to our schedule. SportPhotography.ca tries to give everyone a fair chance to apply for us to attend their events; however we reserve the right to cancel the event for any reason. Is there a fee to book your service? Yes and No. If you are in our coverage area there is no changer to book us for your event. If your event is out of our coverage area, there is traveling and other expenses that could be charged like hotel or meals. See Invite Us To Your Event for more details.
What is Direct I Contact Productions? All payments made for services are billed through Direct I Contact Productions. SportPhotography.ca is a domain owned by Direct I Contact Productions and you will see that name on your credit card receipt. |
