Inviting us to your event is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
In order to make your event as successful as possible, SportPhotography.ca recommends the following:
1) Please fill out form below and submit it.
AGREEMENT
You are requesting SportPhotography.ca to photograph your event. Once the Event Application is fill out and sent to us, we will email you back with a confirmation that we can attend your event.
There is no fee charged to book our service to photograph your event if you are in our normal coverage area. If you are not, there will be a charge for traveling, hotels and meals if needed.
To make sure your event will be as successful as possible, let all participants know that you will have a photographer on site, and there will be a chance to purchase photos from our website SportPhotography.ca.
If you are making any promotional material (posters, flyers, website), please include that you will have a photographer on site using the name SportPhotography.ca and that we will be the official photographer for the event. SportPhotography.ca will also place on our website an announcement of your event.
2) Promote your event
Promotion of your event and the fact that you will have a photographer is very important. You can help promote this with posting up flyers in the building including, fliers at any snack bar and where the teams register. Also announcing over the intercom, notifying participants/ teams ahead of time prior to the event or tournament that there is a photographer present.
Please supply us with all appropriate team logos, schedules, locations and player numbers and names so it is easy for us to shoot your event and for parents to find photos once they are on our website.
Before the event we can let the coaches and event staff know that we will be in and around the event taking photos. Sometimes we may require access to the team bench to get better photos of the action.
3) Buy photos online.
Online proofing of event photos will usually be available 24-48 hours after the event at SportPhotography.ca
Copyright Notice: When you invite us to your event, you (the client) acknowledges that SportPhotography.ca is the sole owner of all "copyright" of all Photographs of the event. SportPhotography.ca shall remain the sole owner of any and all Photographs or any and all materials used or to be used in relation to production or reproduction of said Photographs, including all digital and any future reproduction techniques, as well as all copyright therein. It is further understood that SportPhotography.ca reserves the right to use any images taken for display, self-promotion, publication, or as editorial stock images.
